4. Ask Questions

Ask them questions like “What can we do to improve the situation? “ or “How are you seeing this situation?” or “Help me understand what do you mean by that? “ Listen to their feelings and try to understand where they are coming from.



5. Find Humor

Have a great sense of humor. For example, you can say something like “You look extra beautiful when you are angry”.  Hopefully this will bring a little smile on the face of your better half.
