5. Processed Meats
Studies show that people who eat processed meats have a higher risk of many serious diseases, including colon cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Liver is loaded with iron, but it is also high in cholesterol. Cholesterol is made and stored in the liver, and the most concentrated levels of cholesterol in animal meats are found in organ meats like the liver. 300 mg of cholesterol a day is plenty for a healthy adult.
7. Coconut cream
Coconut milk has a high content of saturated fatty acids. It should be consumed in moderation.
